I can't recommend this place enough. My family gets take-out from Orchid Pavillion almost every month. By far my favorite Chinese food on the island. My son devours the orange chicken, and the rest of us order the beef chow mein, mongolian prawns, and chinese sausage fried rice. Its always high quality and made promptly. The owner is extremely friendly, and always happy to chat. The first time I ordered they even called me to make sure I wanted onions on a dish after I marked "no onions" on another dish. Highly recommend

We ordered in & picked up. Joanne took our order & she was the sweetest & speak fluent English which is super helpful when ordering over the phone. See pics for reference. Everything was so good. 100/10.

1540 Webster St Alameda, CA 94501 Well, it's been almost five years since I have ordered food here. I got off work early and used the time to visit some places on Alameda's Webster Street. Nice to see Orchid Pavillion survived the pandemic. The Mgr was super friendly and still remembered me from way back. The interior decor had a colorful look. It was 20-mins before closing, so I ordered: - Beef Chow Fun, $14.75 - Salt 'n Pepper Chicken Wings, 7-pc Special, $9.75 The chicken wings were okay. Average size, but crispy and meaty. The problem I had was my Beef Chow Fun didn't taste like Chinese chow fun. It had sort of a Thai flavor and aroma. A little on the sour and fishy side. I tried to eat it, but I didn't enjoy it. So, I like the restaurant, but I don't like your Beef Chow Fun.
